Stress reduction is one of the most effective ways to deal with stress.Stress reduction may entail you to do something like refusing an over time, declining an additional workload. For students it can be about taking some time off from extracurricular activities, or simply taking some time off from work. For housewives it can be about having a weekend off with her girlfriends. The importance of stress reduction is to reduce or lessen the amount of stress you are experiencing giving you enough time to relax and unwind.
Allowing stress to go out of hand can have some negative results. It may not be evident immediately but it might manifest itself once you get older.
